  This used to be our favourite Chinese in the Braintree area but the last time I visited the service was shocking. It took over two hours to get our food. They served other people before us and then told us that they had a large party later and they were pre cooking for them. Not acceptable when you have three small children so we won't be going back.

  Came here to eat with a friend and our children. We booked before coming. Service was horrendous! Was rushed to order by the server. My friend's son has severe food in tolerances but when we asked about the allergen information, the server couldn't be less helpful or more vague. Was "helpfully" reminded every 5 minutes that the table was re booked despite only being in the restaurant for 45 minutes. Wouldn't recommend to anyone unless of course you like terrible food and even worse service.

  Great service as usual, went for the all you can eat menu, food piping hot and delicious. Definitely recommend!
